When it comes to machining and threading, Stewart Tubular Products’ depth of experience sets us apart. We make considerable investments to ensure that our inside sales staff, inspectors and machinists are the most highly trained professionals in their fields. To comply with your precise product specifications, our property includes a 25,000-square foot manufacturing facility plus another 25,000 square feet for warehouse, storage, gage lab and offices. We are located on 4 acres in northwest Houston and our state-of-the-art CNC and inspection equipment includes:
- 17 CNC lathes, with spindle sizes from 3” to 22”
- 4 new CNC lathes, with (1) NEW Mazak Slant 80 with 22" bore
- 4 engine lathes, including 1 new Kingston, with bore diameters - up to 10-7/8”
- 3 milling machines, including 1 new Haas Vertical Maching Center
- 3 saws up to 16” capacity
- 2 swage presses -- one-300 ton unit for up to 9-5/8” Pipe and one-500 ton unit for up to 13-5/8” Pipe.
- Stress relieve unit for swaged pipe
- Pipe handling tables for threading full length pipe
- Computer-controlled bucking unit - up to 7” capacity
